2025 Annual Implementation Plan Released

We are pleased to share that Bemin Secondary College’s 2025 Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) has now been released, cementing the work that we have been undertaking throughout the year so far.

The AIP outlines our key priorities and strategies for the year ahead, focusing on maximising the learning growth, wellbeing, and engagement of every student. Guided by the School Strategic Plan (2025-2028), this year’s plan places a strong emphasis on:

• Building staff capacity through professional learning and evidence-based instructional practice.

• Strengthening literacy and numeracy outcomes, with a focus on differentiation and individual student growth.

• Supporting student wellbeing and inclusion through multi-tiered systems of support.

• Enhancing student voice, agency, and connectedness across both campuses.

• Expanding career and pathway opportunities as our senior programs continue to grow.

Significant investment has been allocated to teacher professional learning, wellbeing programs, and pathways initiatives, ensuring our students are supported to achieve their best.

The AIP represents our school community’s ongoing commitment to high expectations, inclusion, and student success. We look forward to continuing to work with students, families, and staff in bringing this plan to life throughout 2025.
